- Leftover chapathi – 5 8 Pav bhaji masala – 1 spoon
- Onion -2 9 Ginger – inch piece
- Carrot -2 10 Garlic -4
- Beetroot -1 11 salt -to taste
- Pea -1/2 cup 12 vegetable oil – 4 tablespoon

- Chilli powder -2 spoon
Chapathi roll cut into thin strips. Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced onion.Add the vegetables and saute again for a few minutes in a high flame. Add finely chopped garlic,ginger and saute till the raw smell goes off, Add chilli powder,masala,and salt and mix well. Add chapathi strips and toss well.
